Mr. Kevin Rogers has been in the information technology industry for 22 years and is widely recognized for expertise in education and training. His career started as a founder and vice president of sales with Knowlogy Inc. during the 1990s. His innovative ideas, highly valued partnerships and respected leadership skills has contributed over $270 million in revenues since 1991.

Realizing the urgent need for a paradigm shift in solving cybersecurity challenges, he cofounded Cypherpath and created a group of thought leaders focused on bringing to market innovative products and services.

Executive Vice-President and Founder

Mr. Art Payne has been in the technology, training and education industry for 22 years. Mr. Payne serves in a leadership role as Executive Vice-President with a focus on sales, marketing, branding and business development.

Mr. Payne is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Cyber Security and Privacy committee, and sits on the Professional Development Executive Strategy Committee with the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and is curriculum co-chair for the Coalition for Advancing Cybersecurity Education. He also serves as a member of the Information Systems Security Association (NOVA and Central VA Chapters), and is a member of InfraGard. He is a former President of the Transnational Organized Crime Research Center.

Mr. Payne serves as a mentor and network stars leader in support of Virginia's Premier Market-Centric Cyber Security Accelerator, MACH37, housed in the Center for Innovative Technology. Mr. Payne's current focus is on Environment Virtualization as a method for training, testing, modeling and simulation for realistic cyber experiences.

Vice-President of Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives

Ms. Brenda Oldfield is proud to be involved with a cybersecurity company of thought leaders focused on bringing to market innovative products and services for training, testing, modeling and simulation.  Ms. Oldfield was formerly the Director of Cyber Security Education and Workforce Development in the National Cyber Security Division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Her team established the government-wide implementation of the Information Assurance Virtual Training Environment and launched a federal Cyber Security training exercise program partnering with both the National Security Agency and the National Science Foundation for the National Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE).

Vice-President of Learning Innovation

Ms. Kyle Gingrich is Vice President of Learning Innovation at Cypherpath, Inc., a cybersecurity training and education company that provides innovative workforce development solutions to government, academic and private sector organizations. Ms. Gingrich formerly held many positions for the Computer Technology Industry Association, where she was responsible for the association’s Marketplace, ITPro Community, Continuing Education Program and IT Job Board. She was also responsible for the creation and maintenance of global certification programs.

Prior to 2006, Kyle managed content development teams for a leading e-learning company, which included development of content programs for Microsoft, Cisco, Gateway, Oracle, and Sun.
